ALBERT PARK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION (APCA)
Mission:
TO MAINTAIN AND CONTINUE TO PROMOTE ALBERT PARK AS A GROWING, SAFE AND VIBRANT COMMUNITY
History:
The Community of Albert Park was established approximately 30 years ago. Early residents of Albert Park were instrumental in forming the first Community Association in Regina. The emphasis at that time was developing leisure and recreation programs for the many young families in the neighborhood. We have strived to carry on that tradition. As the community has developed, so has the Association. The APCA continues to provide quality, reasonably priced programs for Albert Park residents, including qualified and certified instructors for the programs we offer. The APCA annual membership fee is $5.00. Over the past 30 years, APCA has been successful in investing membership fees and program profits back into the growth and development of the Community of Albert Park.
APCA has supported the following:
- the Water Park adjacent to the South Leisure Centre
- Regina 100th Birthday Celebration at the South Leisure Centre
